Maintenance and Support Programs

D&A InfoTech offers a variety of maintenance and support services for a full range of networking, communications and computing solutions. Most programs are based on our reasonable hourly or per-incident rates with various discounts based on customer volume commitment levels.

Per User, Application Specific Annual Support

D&A InfoTech, in partnership with several manufacturers they represent, offers a variety of comprehensive, application specific, flat fee per user extended annual phone and remote access support agreements covering a range of items normally not included in standard manufacturer support. Programs vary by manufacturer. Call for specific details.

Annual Maintenance & Support Agreements

Based on a minimum committed number of hours per month and a minimum 1 year contract, D&A InfoTech offers a 20% discount from their published hourly rate. Hours used in excess of the committed number within a given month are discounted 10%. Customers are allowed to increase or decrease the committed number of hours during the contract period without penalty. In addition, in a policy unique to D&A InfoTech, customers are allowed to carry forward unused hours for a given month to the following month without penalty. Call us for specific details.

Prepaid Maintenance & Support

Blocks of prepaid support incidents and onsite hours are available at substantial discount from our standard rates. This program appeals to organizations that have special projects or uneven support requirements rather than the need for regular support on a monthly basis. Some restrictions apply. Call for details

Per-Incident & Hourly Maintenance & Support

For those organizations who have occasional need for maintenance and support, or who do not qualify for minimum contract commitment levels, D&A InfoTech offers highly competitive hourly and per-incident rates with no volume commitment.
